The Grapefruit Juice Diet

So last weekend I tried the grapefruit juice diet. So here is the diet stats:

what is allowed:

Fresh Fruit 
Water
Grapefruit Juice (I did Ruby Red)

You have all of those all day long

For dinner it is a sensible meal
Day 1
Bone less skinless oven roasted chicken breast 
Green Beans
Yellow Squash W/Onion

Day 2
Oven baked flounder 
White Rice
Steamed Broccoli

With this diet I had low energy. I did drink about one 32 oz bottle of juice a day. In all I didn't like this diet. There was not more bowel movements, just a tired feeling all day.After 2 days I lost a total of 3lbs. Its just not a diet for me. 

Introduction

     Hi! For those who do not know me my name is Charlene. I'm 32 years old and am now trying to loos weight. I am short so the even a little bit of weight gain shows a lot! I am going to blog about different "Fad" diets. So lets start with some stats......  At the moment I am 5'1" and weigh 191lbs :(  I am currently wearing 18/20 on the bottom and a 1x-2x on top. I carry most of my weight in my belly, hips, butt, and thighs. So come along with me on this journey of diets, wraps and struggle with weight loss. So lets try to loose weight together. C'mon we can do this!! One step, one struggle, one movement, one temptation and one day at a time! For what we set forth and do we do because we are to determined to.
